About Us
Thiesing Real Estate Holdings currently has 3 rental units available, all within one mile of the University of Minnesota. We keep our properties in great shape and respond very quickly to any maintenance or repair issues that come up. We are very concerned with our tenants' safety and keep our properties as safe as we would if our own children were living in them. Both properties passed their City of Minneapolis safety inspections within the last 2 years. We check fire alarms, co2 detectors and fire extinguishers quarterly. We have rented rooms site-unseen to many out-of-state and out-of-country graduate students and they have all been very happy with our properties. References available.
